Repairs & AOG service

For repairs, we provide a flat-rate service of €295. Additionally you can opt in for the AOG 1-2 turn around time for extra €100. This fee covers all necessary repairs with full transparency – no hidden costs or surprises.

Models We Service

Our repair services cover Bose A20, A30, and ProFlight headset models. Older models are not eligible for repairs.

2. Send Headset

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with instructions and an address to send the headset to. You can send them at your own expense or order a DPD courier pick-up, which is paid by us.

3. Repair Process

Once we receive your headset, the repair typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on the complexity. Our skilled technicians will restore your headset to peak working condition. 

4. Headset Return

After the repair is completed, we’ll ship your headset back to the address you provided. You’ll be notified when it’s shipped, and we’ll ensure the return process is smooth and efficient.
